The island community of Emerald Isle, North Carolina, nestled up against the Emerald Isle Woods is home to Sandcastle Designs.  It is there where I design one-of-a-kind handbags with an intense focus on color, style, and materials.  Choose from leather, vinyl, fabric, or cork as the main material, rest assured your custom bag will be created for you using the highest quality fabrics and hardware.

Represented on this website are the idea starters, we look forward to creating your custom handbag based on your personal needs and style! The experience is truly magical and owning something made with such love is worth more than the handbag itself.

At thirteen years of age, I fell in love with sewing.  I discovered my passion early on creating garments.  My passion expanded developing into a collection of skills including pattern drafting, couture design, tailoring, costume design, and ultimately handbags.
